OFFICIAL RULES



The "Zellers Prize Pack" Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Zellers Inc. (the "Sponsor"). The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on July 22nd, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 18th, 2011 ('the Contest Period'). All Zellers department stores will be participating in this Contest.







HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ONLINE ENTRY: To enter the Contest, go to www.zellers.com and click on the "Disney Princess" icon displayed on the banner of the website to access the Contest microsite. Once you have opened the Contest microsite, click on the ENTER button to access the standard Contest entry form. Fill out the entry form by entering your full name, mailing address including postal code, age, phone number and e-mail address, confirm compliance with the Official Rules of the Contest (the "Official Rules") by checking the appropriate box, and submit your entry. A completed on-line entry form will constitute one (1) entry into the Contest.



Entries must be received by e-mail no later than 11:59 PM ET on Thursday, August 18th, 2011. Sponsor takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, or received after the Contest deadline.



Limit one (1) entry per person, per day. Only one e-mail address and account may be used by any person to enter the Contest. In the event that the Sponsor receives more than one (1) entry per person, per day, the Sponsor reserves the right to void and destroy duplicate entries and that entrant may, at the discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified from the Contest. Should it be discovered that an entrant is using the aid of computer programs to auto-fill entries, that entrant will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all such entrants from future contests conducted by the Sponsor without further notice. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.



In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question.







ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, you must be a legal resident of Canada over the age of majority in the province in which you live, as of July 22nd, 2011. You are not eligible if, at any point during the Contest Period you are an employee, representative or agent of the Sponsor, its affiliates (including Hudson's Bay Company) or licensees or you are a person with whom any such person is domiciled (whether related to the employee or not).



The contact information collected by the Sponsor with your entry will only be used to award and fulfill the prizes. The Sponsor will not use this personal information for any other reason and will not otherwise disclose this personal information to any other party.

There are five (5) prizes available to be won. Each winner of the Contest will receive one (1) Disney Princess Prize Pack (value approx. $200).
