All messages entered will be reviewed and moderated for appropriate content and a selection (up to a maximum of 1,500, for English and French combined) will then be adapted for song and recorded by the TASSIMO Barcode choir. The recorded generic song will be uploaded to YouTube and then an email with a link to the unique page will be sent to the entrant who had requested the message. Same as above, once they receive it, they have the option of sharing this message with their mother for Mother's day.

Once the entrant forwards the message to 'Mom', she will have the option to share this singing message.
Each message must be original, have not been previously published, not infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of any other party, and must be suitable for publication (i.e. must not be obscene, indecent or defamatory, depict violence or discriminatory behaviour, or potentially unsafe or dangerous practices).

All messages and recorded adaptations will become property of Kraft Canada Inc. (“Sponsor”). The entrant irrevocably assigns and transfers to the Sponsor any and all rights, title, and interest in the message including, without limitation, all copyright and entrant waives all moral rights in the message.
