Entries shall be


limited to one (1) entry per weekly contest period during the

Qualifying Phase (each a “Qualifying Period”) per person

and/or e-mail address. For the purposes of this Contest a new

Qualifying Period shall begin each Sunday evening at 12:00

a.m. and end the following Saturday at 11:59:59 p.m. during

the Qualifying Phase. The final Qualifying Period shall

commence on Saturday September 18, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. and

end Thursday September 22, 2011 at 11:59:59. If it is

discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per

Qualifying Period all of your entries will be void. Automated

entries are prohibited.
 
 
End on September 22, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m.





The


entrant must then do the following to qualify:

1. Choose any one (1) ice-cream flavour from the list of

sixteen (16) available ice cream flavours

2. Choose any combination of mix-ins from the list of

available mix-ins; and

3. Name your creation in the text box provided.

Entrant must submit their creation (each a “Creation”) by the end

of the Qualifying Phase in order to qualify for the Voting Phase.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Prizes Available


Ice Cream for a Year: There is one (1) Grand Prize available

consisting of fifteen (15) one hundred dollar ($100.00) Tim

Cards (Total Value = $1,500.00) which allows the winner to

purchase approximately one (1) “Like It” size ice cream with up

to three (3) mix-ins, before federal and provincial taxes (or

equivalent value) each day for one (1) year. All prizes must be

accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to

cash.
