Grand Prize - There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California, USA, two (2) tickets to the Primetime Emmy's Awards (seat selection at sole discretion of Contest Sponsors) and a Grand Crest 3D White Prize Pack which includes one (1) Oral B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush, one (1) Crest 3D White Whitestrips - 2 hour Express, one (1) Crest 3D White Whitestrips Professional Effects, four (4) Oral B Advanced Vivid Toothbrushes, and one (1) Crest 3D White Multi - Care Whitening Rinse. Trip includes: round trip economy air fare for two (2) from a major Canadian domestic commercial airport closest to the Grand Prize winner's place of residence in Canada (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point"); eight (8) nights accommodation (based on one (1) room, double occupancy) as chosen by the Contest Sponsors, plus One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) Cdn. in spending money. Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, meals and beverages, other than described herein, as applicable, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Departure dates and accommodation are subject to availability and change without notice or compensation. Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel together at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsors in their sole discretion and authority failing which the Grand Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that Grand Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Travel must take place between Monday, September 12, 2011 and Tuesday, September 20, 2011, provided that trip includes Primetime Emmy’s Awards taping on September 18th, 2011. Traveling companion must be nineteen (19) years of age or older at time of outbound travel to participate. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000) Cdn based on Toronto departure.






 Secondary Prize - There are five (5) Secondary Prizes each consisting of one Crest 3D White Prize pack which includes one (1) Crest 3D White Whitestrips - 2 hour Express, one (1) Crest 3D White Whitestrips Professional Effects, four (4) Oral B Advanced Vivid Toothbrushes, and one (1) Crest 3D White Multi - Care Whitening Rinse.
