PRIZE(S)

 Grand Prize: There is a total of one (1) grand prize available to be won and it consists of one (1) trip for two (2) to Orlando, Florida, from October 17, 2011, to October 23, 2011, to play in the PGA 2011 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Classic Pro-Am Tournament (the “Tournament”). The grand prize has an approximate total retail value of $14,659.



Prize Description (see paragraph 5.3 for important information relating to certain components) :



a.Return economy airfare for two (2) to Orlando, Florida, from the Canadian international airport closest to the winner's place of residence, having an approximate retail value of $2500 based on a Montreal, QC departure;

b.Seven (7) nights’ standard, double occupancy hotel accommodation, for two (2), in a Disney hotel, having an approximate retail value of $2000;

c.Two (2) rounds of golf at the Tournament on October 20 – 21, 2011, having an approximate retail value of $8,750;

d.The Tournament package also includes:

◦Unlimited golf for the winner and his/her guest on the Disney Osprey Ridge and Lake Buena Vista courts from October 17 to October 23, 2011;

◦Ground transportation within the Walt Disney World Resort during the Tournament, provided by Cadillac;

◦Unlimited access to the practice range with the pros from the PGA from October 17 to October 23, 2011;

◦Unlimited access to the V.I.P. tents from October 17 to October 23, 2011;

◦Food and beverages (with or without alcohol) on the golf course from October 17 to October 23, 2011;

◦Access for two (2) to the Pairing Night on Tuesday October 18, 2011;

◦Access for two (2) to the Awards Night on Friday October 21, 2011;

◦Access for two (2) to the Champion’s Toast on Sunday October 23, 2011; and

◦EithteenEighteen (18) “Hopper Park” tickets. Each ticket grants one (1) access to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, having an approximate total retail value of $409.

e.Three (3) meals for two (2) in luxury restaurants in Walt Disney World Resort, having an approximate retail value of $1000.
