ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to residents of Canada who have reached the age of sixteen (16) as of July 11, 2011 and who are at the time of the draw enrolled in a high school program or accredited Canadian post secondary educational institution either part time or full time (a “Participant”). Employees and representatives of (i) Contest Sponsor and (ii) its advertising and promotional agencies, affiliated corporations and other persons and their respective employees, agents and representatives, firms, its employees, agents and representatives and corporations involved in the development or execution of this Contest, are not eligible to enter or win a Prize in this Contest. Also persons with whom such employees, representatives or agents are domiciled are not eligible to enter this Contest or to be awarded a Prize that is available in this Contest. The Contest Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity or eligibility to participate in the Contest.

Ends 3:00:00 PM (ET) on September 1, 2011 (the “Contest Period”). All times are Eastern Times.

PRIZES: There will be nine (9) Laptop Prize Packs available to be won each consisting of one (1) Toshiba Satellite L730-02K laptop; approximate retail value $629.00, one (1) Toshiba 12-cell Primary High Capacity Lithium Ion Battery PA3819U-1BRS; approximate retail value $159.00, one (1) laptop backpack ACC029; approximate retail value $69.99, one (1) 500GB External Hard Drive E05A050CAU3XW; approximate retail value $99.99, one (1) Microsoft Office 2010; approximate retail value $129.00.

Weekly Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right in the event that a Weekly Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability. Limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per person.

WEEKLY CONTEST PERIODS: There are three (3) weekly Contest Periods with three (3) Laptop Prize Packs per week:

Week 3 Contest Period: 3:00:00 PM (ET) on August 11, 2011 and draw takes place at 3:00:00 PM (ET) on September 1, 2011
