ELIGIBILITY: All entrants must be residents of Canada and must be 16 years of age or older at the time of entry into the contest (Entrants). For entrants under the age of majority, a parent/guardian must be responsible for all aspects of the contest, including the skill-testing question.


Ends 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2011



Limit of 1 entry per person/email address for each method of entry for a total of three (3) entries per person for the duration of the contest. For the purposes of this contest, an entry occurs when the contestant completes and submits the entry submission form on the Sears Canada Facebook page (www.facebook.com/SearsCanada or from the Sears Canada website (www.sears.ca/mystyle) or from (www.sears.ca/btcmobile). Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Automated entries (including but not limited to submissions using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified from the contest. Sears Canada Inc. is not responsible for entries deleted for any reason by Facebook or a Facebook member. Contestants must comply with the Facebook Terms of Use.





HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The contest is offered electronically via the Internet. There are three (3) ways to enter the contest:



a) To enter on Facebook contestants will have to be registered fans of the Sears Canada Facebook page. You will be required to click on the Wildfire Deck your Dorm promotion tab and enter your name, date of birth, city and email address, you will then be directed to choose your preferred style for your dorm room.

b) Visit www.sears.ca/mystyle and complete the online registration form, take the “What’s my Style” quiz to receive one (1) automatic entry.

c) Using your smartphone scan the QR code found in Sears Department stores and on the front cover of the Sears Canada “Campus Living 2011” flyer and complete the contest entry form that is displayed on your smartphone.










PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of: a $1,000 Sears Canada Gift Card each month for 8 months for a total value of $8,000, (the Prize). Gift Cards will be issued to the winner each month for 8 consecutive months starting in October 2011 and ending in May 2012. Sears Gift cards are redeemable toward purchases at Sears stores across Canada and from www.sears.ca. Sears Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part, and may not be applied toward previous purchases or used to make account card payments. All terms and conditions that ordinarily apply to the use of a Sears Gift Card will apply to the redemption of the Prize. Any costs that exceed the value of the Prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included in the Prize.
