ELIGIBILITY: Contest available online only and only open to registered Teachers in Canada.

CONTEST RULES: Teachers must enter online at www.staples.ca/teachers. Online entry form must be completed in


full. No purchase necessary for online entry. One valid entry per person. To qualify for bonus chance to win, each

Teacher must have completed online entry. easyRewards Savings for Education card must be registered at time of draw

in order for member to qualify for bonus entry. Teachers will receive (1) bonus entry into contest with each swipe of

their easyRewards savings for Education card, with qualifying purchase at checkout during any one of our Teacher

Appreciation days (August 11, 18, 25 and September 1).
 
 
 
 
 
PRIZES: Prizes are not exactly as shown. They must be accepted as awarded. No substitution will be provided.


Grand prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of a new 2012 Toyota Prius v

(model ZN3EUP “C” 01F7) approx retail value $29,000 plus freight, PDI and applicable taxes, courtesy of Toyota

Canada Inc. The prize does not include any other costs related to the operation of the vehicle, including without

limitation, vehicle registration, license, fuel/gas charges, repair of any damage and insurance, all of which are the

sole responsibility of the prize winner. Toyota reserves the right to substitute any part of the Grand Prize with one

of equal or greater value. All prizes are non‐transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Any costs or

expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using his/her prize will be the responsibility of the winner. Please

allow 90 days for vehicle delivery once a winner has been chosen.

Second Prize: One (1) of (4) all‐inclusive trips to the Caribbean with return flight. Travel must be completed by (Sep

1st, 2012), extensions are not permitted. Blackout periods also apply. The winner will work with the travel agent

Able Travel to arrange all flight information and itinerary. It is the sole responsibility of the prize winner and his/her

traveling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentations including passport and visas if applicable and to

comply with any customs immigration requirements. Prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize may not be sold,

is not convertible to cash, is non transferable, no substitutions permitted. Request for refund will not be entertained;

Winner and guest must travel together. (Approximate value of each trip is $3000)

Third Prize: One (1) Laptop bundle which includes a Hp Probook 45305 , HP LaserJet Pro CP1025NW Colour Printer

and D‐Link DIR‐825 Xtreme N Dual Band Gigabit (Approximate value $1300)
