Approximate retail value of each Prize is $599.99. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded, without

substitution, and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Samsung reserves the right to substitute

any Prize with another prize of equal or greater value, in the event that any Prize is not available or for

any other reason. The Prize does not include any ancillary services or data or voice plans whatsoever.

Except as set forth in the Standard Limited Warranty, which is delivered to each winner

contemporaneously with delivery of the Prize, each Prize is provided “as is”, without any
