Sport Chek Puma Social Calendar

Open to residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) and of legal age in your province of residence at the time of entry.

Entrants may enter the Contest once per day during the Contest Period by entering the daily Contest Code in their Social Calendar and may also enter up to an additional five (5) times during the Contest Period (in addition to the daily entry) by entering up to five (5) Bonus Codes in the Secret Social Window.



Ends 11:59PM EST on September 30th, 2011


Each day during the Contest Period one Contest code will be posted on Sport Chek’s official Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/SportChekOfficial. The same daily Contest code will also be tweeted @SportChek on Twitter at http://twitter.com/SportChek. Obtain the daily Contest code from Facebook or Twitter and enter it on the corresponding day on your Contest Social Calendar for a chance to win a daily instant prize or the Grand Prize (see “Prizing” below for details).




4Square Bonus Entries


Sign-up for 4Square at http://foursquare.com/download/ and download the application to your mobile device. During the Contest Period, visit any Sport Chek retail store and “check in” using 4Square. When you “check in” you will automatically be sent a Bonus Code on your mobile device. When you enter the Bonus Code into one of the 5 Secret Social Windows on your Contest Social Calendar you will have a chance to win an instant Bonus 4Square Prize and will also receive an additional entry for the Grand Prize (see “Prizing” below for details). Each registered entrant can enter up to a total of five (5) Bonus Codes during the Contest Period.



 
 
Prizing:


Thirty (30) Instant Prizes will be awarded consisting of one (1) pair of PUMA shoes (approx value of $110 each); Five (5) Bonus 4Square Prizes will be awarded consisting of one (1) pair of PUMA shoes (approx value of $110 each); and One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of twelve (12) pairs of PUMA shoes (approx total value $1,320), (each a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”). The total value of the Prizes is approximately $5,170
