Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia), Canada, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry who did not purchase any equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest and are the parent or legal guardian of a child who is five (5) years old or younger at the time of entry
Void in Quebec and where prohibited.



Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission during the Contest Period.

follow the directions to upload one (1) photo that displays your child representing the Old Navy brand image at an Old Navy store, referred to as your submission ('Submission'). You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the Submission or Submission will be disqualified and removed from the Contest. By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.


Photo Guidelines:

⋅ The Submission must be in .jpg or .png format;

⋅ The Submission must not exceed 5 MB in size; and

⋅ The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.

Content Restrictions:

⋅ The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;

⋅ The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the Contest;

⋅ The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her Submission in this Contest;

⋅ The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;

⋅ The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;

⋅ The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and

⋅ The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.






 Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $1,000 Old Navy appreciation card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000. ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A $500 Old Navy appreciation card. ARV: $500. ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: A $250 Old Navy appreciation card. ARV: $250.
