Strong Minds

Eligibility To be eligible for this contest (the “Contest”), an individual must:
be a legal resident of the province of Ontario; and
be of the age of majority or older at the time of entry.
 

  There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. Only one
Entry Form is permitted during the Contest Period. Each Participant
must have a unique e-mail address.

Grand Prize details


There will be three (3) grand prizes (each a “Grand Prize”) and

sixteen (16) secondary prizes (each a “Secondary Prize”) (collectively,

the “Prizes”) awarded.

 Each Grand Prize consists of one thousand dollars in Canadian

currency (CDN $1,000) to be applied as a one-time contribution into a

Registered Education Savings Plan (“RESP”), subjected to contribution

limits. All RESPs are subject to applicable terms and conditions and

applicable laws.

The Grand Prize must be applied by January 31, 2011 and be

assigned to a Canadian Financial Institution.

Should the Winner be an existing subscriber to an RESP, the Grand

Prize will be contributed either to the existing RESP, or to a new RESP

if the Winner so wishes, subject to contribution limits.
 
In the event that the Winner is not a subscriber on a RESP, the


Winner will be required to set up a RESP and comply with all legal

requirements for establishing and RESP account. The Winner will be

enrolled as the subscriber, a designated beneficiary must be named

and a valid social insurance numbers must be provided and accepted

by the Canada Education Savings Program (CESP).

If the amount of the Grand Prize is greater than the available RESP

contribution limit of the Winner, then the difference will be awarded as

a one-time cash payment to the Winner.

If the Winner has no RESP contribution room, then the Grand Prize

will be awarded as a one-time cash payment to the Winner.
 
The total value of the Grand Prize one thousand dollars in Canadian


currency (CND $1,000).




 Secondary Prize Details

Each Secondary Prize consists of a gift certificate of a value of fifty

dollars in Canadian currency (CDN $50) applicable upon purchase of

any Neilson Dairy Oh! product.
