Prize: GRAND PRIZE. The one (1) verified Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will be eligible to receive one (1) 7-day Alaska cruise ("Cruise") embarking and disembarking from Seattle, WA for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests, sharing accommodations of two (2) Verandah Staterooms ("Grand Prize").
Grand Prize Cruise includes two (2) verandah staterooms with double occupancy accommodations for up to four (4) persons total, all regular onboard meals and entertainment, applicable government fees and taxes. Cruise must be completed between May 6, 2012 and September 29, 2012 or prize will be forfeited. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. All air transportation, ground transportation, shore excursions fees, discretionary hotel and dining charges, meals in alternate dining venues, alcoholic beverages, boutique purchases, and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of Winner. All reservations and cruise arrangements including, without limitation, the dates and times, are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All Cruises must be taken during the time period specified; no alternative cruise dates are available or Grand Prize will be forfeited. All prize details are subject to availability, and restrictions such as blackout dates including holidays may apply. Travel companion(s) must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure unless the companion is the child of Winner. Winner and Cruise Guests must cruise on same itinerary. Cruise Guests must (or Cruise Guest's parent or legal guardian if Cruise Guest is an eligible minor in his/her state/province/jurisdiction of residence) sign and return a cruise/publicity release before any ticketing of cruise occurs. The Winner and Cruise Guest must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa (if applicable) and all other necessary travel documents) required for Cruise. Cruise is subject to the terms and conditions of the Holland America Line Cruise Contract which may be viewed at www.hollandamerica.com. As set forth in more detail in the Cruise Contract, Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to embark Winner or Cruise Guests, at any time if, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, Winner, Cruise Guest, or any minor or other person in Winner or Cruise Guest's care during the cruise, are unfit for any reason for the cruise.
TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV") OF THE GRAND PRIZE: $4,996 USD / $4,951 CAD / £ 3,026 GBP. Prize values are based on conversion rates as of August 18, 2011 and may vary. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded.
