There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. There is one (1) way to enter the Contest: by entering three valid UPC codes from tomato based products of the following brands: Classico Pasta Sauce, Heinz Ketchup, Heinz Tomato Juice, Heinz Chili Sauce, Heinz Beans, Diana Sauce, Catelli Garden Select Pasta Sauce, Catelli Pasta Sauce, Catelli Pizza Sauce

To enter, simply fill in the contest entry form.

You will need your UPC codes from 3 participating products to complete your entry.

There are a total of one grand prize and 50 secondary prizes made up of the following:

•The Grand Prize is a trip for 2 to Tuscany Italy with an approximate retail value of $5,500.00 CDN. Airfare and 4 nights accommodation included. Travel to and from airports, gratuities, meals and all other travel expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

•The secondary prize is a mini Camcorder retail value is $99 each.

Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. No additions or substitutions will be permitted and no compensation will be provided for failure by a confirmed winner to claim or use any portion of any Prize within any relevant expiration period nor if a confirmed winner fails to accept any Prize as awarded or within the deadlines established in these Rules.

Chance of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received by the applicable draw date. Limit: one Prize per person.

Heinz Canada reserves the right to use the name, city of residence, comments, and content of the entries of all Prize winners, in any advertising and publicity in relation to this Contest and in any other present or future advertising and publicity for Heinz Canada.
