I was able to try out the new McCain Purely Potatoes because of BzzAgent. All i have to say is easy to prepare and delicious. We have had them a few times.
Cook from frozen.
We only tried the white potatoes chunks. Also we only ate them mashed.
You just put the bag in the microwave and heat and put into a bowl add milk and margarine and mash to the way you like them.
Easy.
You can also do them on the stove top. Or if you want to eat them roasted.
They also have another flavour which is sweet potato chunks.
They are found in the frozen potato and french fry section of most grocery stores.
They are already peeled and cut for easier preperation and take only minutes in the microwave. For a quick side dish for a meal with so many families always so busy it takes minutes to make and still have time for other things.
