HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. To submit an Entry into the Promotion, an eligible


person will need to: (i) be a member of Facebook®; and (ii) be able to upload a photograph (the

“photograph”)

SUBMISSION PERIODS: During the Promotion Period, there is a total of four (4) periods


(each a “Submission Period”) for submitting Entries into this Promotion. See Rule 4 for the

definition of what constitutes an “Entry” into this Promotion. The 1st Submission Period will

commence at 12:00:00 midnight ET on May 5, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31,

2011 with the selection process to determine potential Prize winners planned to be held on or

about June 7, 2011. The 2nd Submission Period will commence at 12:00:00 midnight ET on

June 1, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 28, 2011 with the selection process to

determine potential Prize winners planned to be held on or about July 7, 2011. The 3rd

Submission Period will commence at 12:00:00 midnight ET on June 29, 2011 and end at

11:59:59 PM ET on July 28, 2011 with the selection process to determine potential Prize

winners planned to be held on or about August 9, 2011. The 4th and final Submission Period

will commence at 12:00 midnight ET on July 29, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on August

31, 2011 with the selection process to determine potential Prize winners planned to be held

on or about September 7, 2011. A business day (“Business Day”) is defined as a Monday,

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, excluding Canadian national holidays. Note:

There is a limit of one (1) Entry per eligible person per Submission Period. Entries that
 
are not selected during a particular Submission Period will not be transferred and will


not carry over to the next Submission Period. See Rule 12 below for further details on the

selection process. All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2011 (the

"Promotion Closing Date").
 
 
VOTING PERIODS: There is a total of four (4) voting periods (each a “Voting Period”)


during the Promotion Period. The 1st Voting Period will commence at 12:00:00 midnight ET

on May 5, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2011. The 2nd Voting Period will

commence at 12:00:00 midnight ET on June 1, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on June

28, 2011. The 3rd Voting Period will commence at 12:00:00 am ET on June 29, 2011 and end

at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 28, 2011. The 4th and final Voting Period will commence at

12:00:00 am ET on July 29, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2011. No

eligible voter may register more than one (1) vote per Entry per Promotion Day. Subject to

the limitation just stated, an eligible voter may register more than one (1) vote per Promotion
 
Day but that eligible person’s votes must be for different Entries. NOTE: No eligible voter


may use more than one (1) Facebook® account to register a vote in the Promotion.
 
 
 
PRIZES: There is a total of twenty (20) Prizes available to be won in the Promotion. Five (5) such


Prizes are available to be awarded per Submission Period. Each Prize consists of a Broil King

propane BBQ model Signet 20. The approximate retail value of each Prize is $499.00 CDN.
