ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:
(a) be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon); and
(b) be of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at the time of entry.
(c) Live within or be able to host a BBQ Party within two hundred kilometers (200 km) of the airport in the following Canadian cities: Vancouver, Kelowna, Victoria, Prince George, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Toronto, Ottawa, London, Saint John, Moncton, Fredericton, Halifax, Charlottetown, St. John’s, and Gander (the “President’s Choice Summer Tour Area”).
Ends at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, July 4, 2011
(a) There are three (3) prizes (each a “Prize”) available to be won by the Prize winners (each
a “Winner”). One (1) Prize will be awarded within the PC Summer Tour Area in each of
the following regions: Eastern Canada (NL, NS, NB, PEI), Western Canada (MB, SK,
AB, BC) and Ontario.
(b) The Prize shall consist of:
(I) Where the Winner resides within the President’s Choice Summer Tour Area, a
four (4) hour President’s Choice Summer Tour Neighbourhood BBQ Party (a
“BBQ Party”) hosted by Food Network Chef Bob Blumer and President’s Choice
Chef Tom Filippou which will include:
(i) a BBQ meal, with menu and location to be selected by the Sponsors, for the
Winner and up to one hundred (100) of his or her Guests;
(ii) equipment and staff required to prepare and serve the BBQ meal; and
(iii) décor, utensils and dishware and other materials required for the BBQ Party to a
maximum value of seven thousand (CDN$7,000).
(II) Winner may choose to accept President’s Choice gift cards in the amount of two thousand five hundred dollars (CDN$2500) in lieu of the BBQ Party.
(c) Each BBQ Party Prize has an approximate value of seven thousand dollars (CDN$7,000).
(d) Where Winner opts out of the BBQ Party Prize, approximate value of Prize is two
thousand five hundred dollars (CDN$2,500.00) in the form of President’s Choice gift
