Contest entrants can register to win one (1) of three (3) Prize Packages described under the heading “Prizes”.
Registration period begins on February 23, 2011;
Prize Package #1: Contest Closes March 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EDT)
Prize Package #2: Contest Closes April 29, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EDT)
Prize Package #3: Contest Closes May 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EDT)
PRIZES
There are three (3) prize packages (“Prizes”) to be won. Each Prize has a total approximate retail value of two-hundred and fifty Canadian dollars ($250.00 CDN) and includes the following items: ITEM
i. Gift Certificate for Lingerie
ii. Gift Pack to include Kotex pads and Liners
APPROX. RETAIL VALUE
$200.00 CDN;
$50.00 CDN
The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred without the prior written agreement of Transcontinental, substituted with another Prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money. Should Transcontinental for reasons beyond its control and unrelated to the Winner, not be able to award the Prize in the manner described in these Rules, Transcontinental reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award: i) a similar Prize (or a portion of the Prize) of equal value; or ii) the value of the prize, as indicated in these Rules, in money.
The Prizes will be delivered to the Winners by
Prize Package #1: July 29, 2011
Prize Package #2: August 31, 2011
Prize Package #3: September 30, 2011
Upon receipt of the signed Form, Transcontinental will inform the winner by e-mail and/or by phone all details related to how winners will receive their Prize
