 To enter the Contest, you must fully complete the

                    registration process including entering a valid UPC code from a current Scotties
                                     product and uploading your photograph of a child’s room


To enter for a chance to win a Prize, an entrant must submit with his/her entry a
minimum of one (1) to a maximum of three (3) photographs of a child’s room
(“Submission”). Photograph(s) submitted as part of an on-line entry must be in
one of the following file formats: JPG or PNG only. The maximum file size
allowable per photograph submitted on-line is 3.5 MB.



CONTEST PRIZES:


 There are a total of twenty-one (21) prizes available to be won in the Contest, as

follows:

(a) one (1) Grand Prize consisting of the sum of $10,000 (Canadian) to be

awarded in the form of either one (1) Child’s room makeover by a

professional team selected in the sole discretion of the Sponsor OR one (1)

$10,000 (Canadian) cheque payable to the Grand Prize Winner; and

(b) Twenty (20) secondary prizes, each consisting of one (1) Canon

PowerShot 12.1MP Digital Camera. Approximate retail value of each

camera is CAN $179.
