PRIZE: There is one (1) prize available to be won (the “Prize”). The Prize consists of one (1)


Nygård gift card in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), which may be applied towards the

purchase of any merchandise available at any Nygård retail store or online at http://www.nygard.com/.  The

approximate retail value of the Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). The Prize is not transferable,

must be accepted as awarded, and cannot be substituted, whether in cash or otherwise. The Sponsor

reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater monetary value, if the Prize

cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The Prize will only be awarded to a verified winner.
