How to participate
If you are a plan member of a plan sponsor who is participating in the Contest : log onto www.mysunlife.ca, enter your Access ID and password; select the “Get your claim on to win” link, and follow the three steps (watch the video, answer the survey question and – if you haven’t already done so - enter your banking information and e-mail address.) By completing these steps during the Contest Period, you will automatically be entered into the contest. Only one contest entry will be permitted per member. Online Contest entries will be registered to the plan member Access ID and password that was used to sign in. The contest activities must be completed by the plan member to quality for a Contest entry.
Prizes
There will be a total of fourty (40) prizes awarded at the end of the Contest Period. Each prize awarded is either two thousand five hundred dollar ($2,500) JUMP gift card or a BlackBerry PlayBook (approximate value: $500). Prizes will be awarded through a random draw. Winners cannot select their prize. The fisrt twenty (20) randomly selected entrants will be eligible for the two thousand five hundred dollar ($2,500) JUMP gift card, the subsequent twenty (20) randomly selected entrants will be eligible for the BlackBerry PlayBook.
