Entrants must be lawful residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province/territory at the time of entry. In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize, entrant must be twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase necessary. To enter the WeatherEyeApp: Cowboys and Aliens Contest, you must: (a) download the WeatherEye app (at no cost) found on theweathernetwork.com during the Contest Period. PC users will be able to download directly from theweathernetwork.com and Mac users will be directed to the Mac App Store where they will be able to download; (b) once you complete the download, an online entry form will appear, which participants must fully complete, (entries submitted with an incorrect answer will not be eligible to win a prize), and a release of liability after the WeatherEye app has been downloaded, and click on 'submit'. All entries must be received during the Contest Period. Limit to one (1) entry per download and per email address.




PRIZES:



There are a total of one (1) Grand Prize, three hundred and seventy-five (375) Secondary Prizes and one (1) Tertiary Prize available to be won.
The one (1) Grand Prize consists of a trip for 2 people (winner plus 1 companion) to attend the Premiere of the motion picture "Cowboys and Aliens" in San Diego, California USA ("San Diego"). Included in the prize are: two (2) tickets to the premiere of Cowboys and Aliens, roundtrip economy class airfare from a major airport closest to the winner's residence to San Diego, two (2) nights accommodations (based on one room, double occupancy) at a Universal City Hotel (Hilton or Sheraton, at Sponsor's sole discretion), two (2) tickets to the Official Premiere after-party, two (2) front of the line passes to Universal Studios Theme Park, and a special back-lot tour of Universal Studios Hollywood. Grand Prize is anticipated to be scheduled for dates in July 2011, with actual travel dates to be scheduled at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Total value of Grand Prize is approximately $20,000.00, based on a Toronto departure example.










The three hundred and seventy-five (375) Secondary Prizes each consist of two (2) tickets to the pre-screening of Cowboys and Aliens in either Greater Toronto Area, Greater Calgary Area or Greater Vancouver Area as selected by winner. Pre-screenings will take place on July 28th, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. local time. Total value of each Secondary Prize is approximately $27.00. Travel costs to and from the pre-screening location are the responsibility of the winner.



The One (1) Tertiary Prize consist of a private screening of any movie for you and your friends – (a maximum of 50 friends) in a major Canadian city of the winner's choosing within a 40KM radius of winner's home address. Total value of the tertiary prize is approximately $3,000.00. The Tertiary Prize must be taken between September 7th2011 and February 7th, 2012, and is available for select motion pictures as determined by Sponsor at its discretion. Travel costs to and from the theatre location are the responsibility of the winner. Depending on the movie screened, there may be age restrictions on the attendees.
