FIRST PRIZES AND GRAND PRIZE: Ten (10) First Prize "Car Care Prize Packs" will be awarded. Each Car Care Prize Pack will include the following products, sizes at the sole discretion of Sponsor: one (1) Simoniz Wash Bucket, one (1) Armor All® Tire Foam Protectant, one (1) Meguiars Ultimate Wash & Wax, one (1) Chenille Wash Pad, one (1) Mothers® Protectant, one (1) Natural Chamois, and one (1) Armor All® Cleaning Wipes. The ARV of each First Prize Car Care Prize Pack is one hundred dollars ($100). One (1) Grand Prize trip will be awarded that will send the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest on a 4 Day/3 Night trip to attend the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and IZOD IndyCar World Championship in Las Vegas. The Grand Prize package will consist of the following elements: (a) Round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a major airport near Las Vegas (as determined by Sponsor); (b) Round trip ground transportation to/from the major airport in Las Vegas to/from the Sponsor selected hotel in Las Vegas and to/from the NASCAR and IndyCar event(s); (c) Two (2) Suite tickets at the track for the Saturday (10/15) and Sunday (10/16) events; (d) Two (2) IZOD IndyCar Garage Passes; (e) Two (2) Neon Garage Passes; and (f) One thousand dollars ($1,000) in spending money (for the Grand Prize winner only) to utilize on the trip or to put towards taxes for the Grand Prize. Approximate Retain Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is Seven Thousand and Nine Hundred Dollars ($7,900). The Grand Prize trip must be taken on the weekend of 10/14/11 with a return on 10/17/11 or else all planned event activities will be forfeited, only the airfare, hotel and spending money portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded, and no further compensation will be awarded to make up for the missed event opportunities. Grand Prize winner may have to confirm such availability prior to acceptance. The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is Eight Thousand and Nine Hundred Dollars ($8,900). In no event will more than the above stated prize be awarded.
