ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to all individuals who are residents of Canada and located in
Canada at the time of entry except individuals residing in the Province of Quebec who are under
the age of thirteen (13). All other entrants under the age of thirteen (13) will require parental
consent to become a Member and participate in the Contest.
Ends 10:00 am (ET) on Wednesday August 31st, 2011
HOW TO ENTER THE MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWS: Before the Contest Closing Date, enter your
unique PIN number found on the insert located inside specially marked packs of Black Diamond
Slices
PRIZING
(i) Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a 2011 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Vehicle Limited
4WDi (model DC3EHC "A" 01F7) available to be won during the Contest. The approximate retail
value (excluding applicable taxes, freight and PDI) of the Grand Prize is $42,850 (CDN). The
Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable, not for
resale and has no cash surrender value. The winner must be a resident of Canada. If the Grand
Prize winner is under the age of majority in their province of residence, the Declaration and
Release Form must be signed by a parent/legal guardian (as described in section 7 below). The
Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the Grand Prize or any component of the Grand
Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component
of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability. If the selected entrant for the Grand Prize
forfeits the Grand Prize it will be re-awarded at the option of the Sponsor, subject to, among
other things, time availability.
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Package is that stated by the supplier of the
Grand Prize Package as being in effect thirty (30) days prior to the launching of this Contest.
(ii)MONTHLY PRIZES: There are a total of four (4) Monthly Prizes, one (1) per month, available
to be won during the Contest, consisting of a Weber Genesis EP-310 Black - Liquid Propane
Stainless Steel barbeque (approximate retail value: $1,200 CDN each). Gas tanks are not
included. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, not
for resale or convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right in the event that a Monthly Prize
or any component of a Monthly Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to
substitute a similar Prize or component of equal or greater value without liability.
(iii) BLACK DIAMOND SLICES PHOTO CONTEST PRIZES: There are a total of three (3) prizes to
be awarded to three (3) winners of the ‘Black Diamond Slices Photo Contest’, consisting of one
(1) ‘Black Diamond Slices Prize Pack’. Each ‘Black Diamond Slices Prize Pack’ includes:
· One (1) Weber Genesis EP-310 Black - Liquid Propane Stainless Steel barbeque, gas
tanks are not included (Approximate retail value: $1,200 CDN each)
· One (1) annual supply of Black Diamond Slices coupons – one (1) coupon per month,
twelve (12) coupons total$60 CDN
· One (1) Canon Camera PowerShot SD1400 (approximate retail value: $300 each)
Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, not for resale
or convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right in the event that the Black Diamond Slices
Photo contest Prize or any component of the Black Diamond Slices Photo Contest cannot be
awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar Prize or component of equal or
greater value without liability.

BLACK DIAMOND SLICES PHOTO CONTEST

you will have the option to “LIKE” the Black
Diamond Slices Facebook page (www.facebook.com/blackdiamondcheese). When a consumer
chooses to “LIKE” the Black Diamond Slices Facebook page they will be eligible to participate in
the ‘Black Diamond Slices Photo Contest’. Participants are required to upload one (1) photo and
one (1) description that displays and details the use of Black Diamond Slices in their favourite
summer BBQ meal idea. One (1) package of Black Diamond Slices must be visible in the photo
submission. Limit one entry person per person, per Email

BLACK DIAMOND SLICES PHOTO CONTEST: A random draw for the Black Diamond Slices
Photo Contest will be held on Friday September 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) in Toronto, ON by
an independent contest organization from among all eligible entries received by the Contest
Closing Date. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact the selected entrant at the email
address provided on their on-line entry form between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (ET) during a
period of seven (7) days. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within seven (7) days,
he/she will be considered to have forfeited the prize and will be disqualified and another entrant
will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries until such time as contact is made
with a selected entrant or there are not more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsor
will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant. The top three (3) photos
that are selected by the independent contest organization are final. Limit one Black Diamond
Slices Prize Pack per person. All Black Diamond Slices Photo Contest entries are the property of
the Sponsor and may be used for publicity purposes relating to this Contest, without
compensation by the Prizing Suppliers or Sponsor.
