PRIZE.
(a) There is one (1) prize (“Prize”) available to be won by the Prize winner (“Winner”)
consisting of a 49 cc 2012 model Yamaha BWs 50 Scooter. The Prize will include
shipping, freight, assembly, PDI and taxes. Details concerning the Prize, including
but not limited to option package, accessories and colour shall be at the discretion of
the Sponsors.
(b) Upon being declared the Winner in accordance with the Contest Rules, the Winner
will be responsible for taking delivery of the Prize from a Yamaha dealership within
Canada reasonably close to the Winner’s place of residence and as designated by the
Sponsors in their sole discretion and to present adequate personal identification. The
Winner shall be required by the respective dealership to provide a valid driver’s
license in his or her name. The Winner will be responsible for all other costs not
listed in 4(a) above relating to the Prize, including, but without limitation, gas,
insurance, licensing etc. The Winner may be required by the respective dealership to
provide an accepted and valid credit card to cover incidental charges.
(c) The Prize has an approximate value of three thousand and seventy-nine dollars (CDN
$3079).
(d) Winner is not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated
approximate Prize value, if any.
(e) Prize will be distributed at Sponsor’s discretion after Winner has been successfully
contacted and notified of his/her Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
(f) Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or
redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Any unused portion
of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsors reserve the right, in
its and their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize(or
any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
(g) The Sponsors shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes.
