Grand Prize:
There is a total of (1) one Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize is:
-a 2012 BWs 50 Yamaha Scooter similar to the one seen in the film, Larry Crowne
Approximate value: $3079.00 US
Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment. Any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Grand Prize winner. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Grand Prize: (i) Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable (other than to a parent or legal guardian in the instance where an eligible winner is under the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence) or convertible to cash (no substitutions except at Sponsors' option); (ii) Sponsors reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including without limitation, but solely at the Sponsors' sole discretion, a cash award; (iii) Color, package, factory options, and other Grand Prize specifics to be determined by Yamaha and are subject to availability; (iv) manufacturer's warranty applies to the Grand Prize; (v) upon being declared the winner in accordance with these Contest Rules, the Grand Prize winner will personally take delivery of the Grand Prize from a Yamaha dealership within Canada reasonably close to the Grand Prize winner's place of residence in Canada as designated by Sponsors, in their sole discretion, and present adequate personal identification; (vi) Grand Prize will not be released unless and until the Grand Prize winner first shows proof of having a valid driver's license (equivalent to a full "G" class license in Ontario) in the province/territory in which he/she resides and proof of satisfactory insurance; (vii) Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all other expenses that are not included in the Grand Prize description above, including, but not limited to: registration and license fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs associated with any upgrade or option packages winner may request; (viii) Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, having or obtaining a valid driver's license, license plates, registration, insurance, fuel/gas; (ix) in the event that the Grand Prize winner is unable to redeem any or all of the Grand Prize component due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsors, their employees, representatives, agents and all parties associated with this Contest, no compensation or substitution prize will be provided; (x) Yamaha does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition, other than standard manufacturer's warranty; (xi) Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notification that the dealership has received vehicle; and (xii) It us understood that the Grand Prize being awarded is a model vehicle, which may not be commercially available at the time of the draw. In such an event, Sponsors shall award Grand Prize to the winner once the vehicle is commercially available in Canada. Grand Prize may not be exactly as shown on advertising materials.
