ENTER AN ENERGIZER® UPC CODE (MAXIMUM—ONE ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY DURING THE CONTEST PERIOD): When entering the Contest through the Daily Entry method, enter a valid 12-digit Energizer® UPC code (the “UPC Code”) from any Energizer® product in the field provided to receive one (1) bonus entry (“UPC Code Entry”). The same UPC Code can be used to enter once per Day per person/email address throughout the Contest Period. No purchase is necessary to receive a UPC Code Entry. To receive a UPC Code Entry without purchase, copy down the 12-digit UPC Code from one (1) package of any Energizer® product in-store, and enter it in the space provided. There is a limit of one (1) UPC Code Entry per person/email address per Day during the Contest Period.



7.THE PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:


There will be a total of one-hundred and five (105) prizes available to be won during the Contest Period (one prize per Day during the Contest Period). The prizes consist of one of the following Apple® products (each a “Prize”): one (1) iPod touch, one (1) iPod nano, one (1) iMac, one (1) MacBook Air, or one (1) MacBook Pro. A complete list of the available Prizes, the number of each class of Prize, their approximate retail values, and which Day during the Contest Period each Prize will be available appears in the table following this section.



FOR ALL WINNERS: All Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor's option. All items are subject to change due to stock availability and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize or a component thereof with a prize or prize component of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor's sole discretion, a cash award. Limit of one (1) Prize per person/email address during the Contest Period. For greater certainty, winning Entries do not carry forward to future Daily Draws (as defined below), and no person/email address is able to win more than one (1) Prize, regardless of the number of eligible Entries they submit during the Contest Period. Prize will only be awarded to the person whose full name and valid email address appears on the Registration form.
