There are two aspects to this Contest: the Online Contest component and the In-Restaurant Instant Win component. There is one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”), two (2) Semi-Finalist Prizes (each, a “Semi-Final Prize”, collectively the “Semi-Final Prizes”) and four (4) Regional Prizes (each, a “Regional Prize, collectively, the “Regional Prizes”) available to be won from among all the eligible entries received for the Online Contest during the Contest Period. The database of all eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be split into the following two regional groups (each a “Region”) – Western (British Columbia/Alberta/Saskatchewan/Manitoba/North West Territories/Yukon/Nunavut) and Eastern (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick/Nova Scotia/Newfoundland & Labrador/Prince Edward Island). Two (2) Regional Prize Winners will be drawn from the Western group and two (2) Regional Prize Winners will be drawn from the Eastern group. The two (2) Regional Prize Winners from each Region will have the opportunity to compete to win one (1) of the Semi-Final Prizes (two (2) Semi-Final Prizes total (one from each Region)), and the two (2) Semi-Final Prize winners will have the opportunity to compete to win one (1) Grand Prize. The winner of the Grand Prize will have the opportunity to participate in the Final Half Time Event to win one or more prizes as described herein. No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited.

GRAND PRIZE:
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won in the Online Contest and will be awarded to the eligible Semi-Final Playoff Event winner (“Finalist”).
The Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to Toronto, Ontario to attend the Toronto Argonauts CFL game on Friday October 14, 2011. The Finalist Trip includes: round trip economy airfare for two (2) from a major Canadian airport closest to Finalist’s place of residence in Canada (hereinafter referred to as the “Grand Prize Departure Point”); four (4) nights accommodation (based on one room, double occupancy) as chosen by the Contest Sponsors, plus two (2) game tickets (seat selection to be determined by Contest Sponsors), and the opportunity to participate in the Final Half Time Event (described below) on Friday October 14, 2011, which will be videotaped and broadcast during a TSN game and/or posted on tsn.ca and/or covered by Canadian news media. Grand Prize may also include (at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsors) the opportunity for the Finalist to practice, for a maximum of sixty (60) minutes, with a current or former Professional Kicker (the “Finalist Practice”). The Finalist and his/her travelling companion must be available to travel between Wednesday October 12, 2011 and Sunday October 16, 2011, failing which the Grand Prize will be forfeited. The Finalist and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation other than as described above, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Flight dates and hotel accommodation are subject to change and availability without notice or compensation. The Finalist and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Grand Prize Departure Point as the Prize originates and terminates there. The Finalist and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsors in their sole discretion failing which the Prize will be forfeited. It is recommended that the Finalist and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Dollars Canadian ($4,000.00 CDN) based on a Vancouver departure. In the event the Finalist resides within 300 KM of Toronto, Ontario, the Grand Prize is deemed not to include airfare. In this circumstance no cash substitution will be made. Entrants acknowledge that the Grand Prize and its value are the trip, tickets, opportunity to participate in the Final Half Time Event as described below. The odds of winning a prize in the Final Half Time Event are dependant on a multitude of factors and cannot be determined with any degree of certainty and no odds or value on such aspect of the Contest shall be ascribed to such portion.
