How to Enter: You will need a code ("Code") to play the Instant Win Game. There are


two ways to obtain a Code:

a. Purchase uni-ball Products: While supplies last, purchase a qualifying speciallymarked

multi-pack of uni-ball products and locate the Code to play the Instant Win

Game within the product packaging. Codes within uni-ball products are not valid

once the Promotion Period ends.

b. Request a Free Code: To obtain a Code without purchasing a qualifying multi-pack

of uni-ball products, visit www.facebook.com/uniball during the Promotion Period to

complete and submit the Free Code Request Form including a valid email address.

Three Codes will be immediately emailed to the email address provided on the Free
