Prizes.
(a) There will be a total of thirty-two (32) daily prizes awarded during the duration of the Contest. Each daily prize consists of one (1) Le Château giftcode having a retail value of One Hundred Canadian dollars (CAD$100) (the "Daily Prize") which can be used by the winner to buy up to CAD$100 worth of merchandise from LeChâteau.com based on the then applicable retail price for such goods and wares. The Daily Prize may not be exchanged for money; nor will credit balances be refunded in cash. For clarity, the Daily Prize has no monetary value and can only be exchanged online for merchandise.
(b) Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of three (3) individual Le Château gift cards: one (1) having a retail value of Three Thousand Canadian dollars (CAD$3,000), and two (2) having the retail value of One Thousand Canadians dollars (CAD$1,000) each (the "Grand Prize Gift Cards") for a total retail value of Five Thousand Canadian dollars (CAD$5,000), which can be used by the winner and friends to buy merchandise from any Le Château store in Canada or the USA, on the then applicable retail price for such goods and wares at the store (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize, in whole or in part, may not be exchanged for money; nor will credit balances be refunded in cash. For clarity, the Grand Prize has no monetary value and can only be exchanged for merchandise. Gift cards expire one (1) year following their date of issuance. No transportation will be provided to or from any Le Château store.
