HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.mikeandike.ca,click on the Sweepstakes link and follow the instructions to register by filling out your name, address, telephone number, email address and, where applicable, UPC code. A Participant’s first entry does not require a UPC code. Any additional entry after first time entry requires a Participant to enter the regular UPC code printed on a MIKE AND IKE® brand candy pack weighing 25g or more.






PRIZES:


SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize awarded consisting of a 46” AQUOS QUATTRON LCD TV, and a Sharp AQUOS Blu-ray player. Total approximate retail value is $1,829.98. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Any costs or expenses incurred by the winners in claiming or using their prizes will be the responsibility of the winners. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitution for any prize or any element thereof except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.



INSTANT WIN PRIZE ALLOCATION: Each Instant Win Prize will be randomly assigned to a specific date and time during the Sweepstakes Period. The Participant who first submits a valid entry on or immediately after the randomly pre-assigned specific time will be eligible to win the Instant Win Prize assigned to that time (potential winners of an Daily Instant Win Prize hereafter known as a “Potential Winner”). If you are a Potential Winner of an Instant Win Prize, you will see a message onscreen informing you that you are eligible to win the Instant Win Prize. In order to be declared an Instant Winner and to receive your prize you (or in the case of a minor, your parent or legal guardian) must first correctly answer, unaided, the online mathematical skill-testing question. All Instant Win Prizes (other than music download prizes) will be delivered by mail to the confirmed Winners address that the winner provided on the Sweepstakes entry form. The music download Instant Win Prizes will be redeemed online, which will require compliance with the online terms and conditions of such prize suppliers. Allow 4-6 weeks for verification and shipment/arrangement of Instant Win Prizes after verification.

Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per week, per person household/email address.

Any attempt to circumvent the spirit or the intent of the prize allocation aspect of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.
