Open only to residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside, reside and have or obtain a valid driver’s license for the operation of automobile on or prior to awarding the prize

Prizes: There are three Grand Prizes available to be won, One (1) per Region [1 Eastern (QC, NB, NS, PEI, NFLD); 1 Western (MB, SK, AB, BC and Territories); and 1 Central (ON)] each consisting of one (1) 2011 Toyota Matrix (ARV: $24,070 CDN each) for: (i) the winner; and (ii) the winner’s choice of Charity (subject to Contest Sponsor approval). The selected entrant will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The winner’s choice of Charity will be eligible to win the Charity Prize subject to the restrictions set out herein. Each Grand Prize consists of one 2011 Toyota Matrix AWD Model Code LE4EEP “A” 01F7 equipped with all standard equipment courtesy of Toyota Canada Inc. (“Car”) Charity must take car in name of Charity and no charitable tax receipt will be issued to the Winners. Colour of Car for both winner and Charity to be chosen by Contest Sponsors to avoid delays in shipping. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $48,140.00 Cdn.plus freight, PDI and applicable taxes. For the purpose of this Contest “Charity” means a registered Canadian not for profit organization or an accredited Canadian not for profit service club or organization. Contest Sponsors shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not a Charity selected by the winner aligns with the objects and goals of Contest Sponsors and if such Charity does not align then the winner must choose another Charity acceptable to Contest Sponsors failing which the winner and Charity will be ineligible to win. For greater certainty, Charities that are run by or for the benefit of companies that are directly competitive with Contest Sponsors will not be eligible. Each winner (including Charity’s representative) must have or obtain by date specified by Contest Sponsors a valid Canadian driver’s licence and insurance and is responsible for registration fees upon taking delivery of the Car at the Home Hardware location nearest to the winner’s home. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to shall be the responsibility of winner.




Grand Prizes Draw: One entry will be selected for a chance to win the Grand Prize from the Eastern Region, one entry from the Western Region and one entry from the Central Region by a random draw, conducted on or about 1:00 pm ET on September 5, 2011, in Waterloo Ontario, from among all eligible entries received from each Region. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of entries received from each Region.



Regions are as follows:



•Eastern Region: Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador

•Western Region: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and the three Territories

•Central Region: Ontario
