PRIZE.


Grand Prize. There is one grand prize (“Prize”) available to be won by the Contest winner
(“Winner”). The Contest Winner must choose between one of the two following options as his or
her Grand Prize:
(a) a cash prize of CDN $5,000.00 payable to the Winner by cheque (the “Cash Prize”);

OR

(b) a two-night vacation in New York City for the Winner and an adult guest (the “Trip
Prize”), to a maximum value of $5,000.00 CDN.
The Winner must choose either the Cash Prize or the Trip Prize, and cannot choose both. If a
Winner chooses the Trip Prize, the Winner is not entitled to: (i) the difference in value, if any,
between the approximate value of the Trip Prize and the actual value of the Trip Prize; and (ii) the
difference in value, if any, between the actual value of the Trip Prize and the Cash Prize.
