The Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to a city to be determined by the Contest Sponsor, which is hosting a 2011 Stanley Cup® Final Game, (the "Destination City") for two (2) nights, that must take place between May 20, 2011 and June 30, 2011 and includes: accommodation for two (2) (double occupancy), at a hotel to be chosen by the Contest Sponsor at its sole discretion; round trip airfare (economy class) for the winner and his/her travel companion to the Destination City from the major Canadian airport closest to the winner’s place of residence; two (2) tickets to one (1) game of the 2011 Stanley Cup® Final (particular game and level of seating to be determined by NHL Entities in their sole discretion) and $1,500 CDN spending money. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $8,500.00 CDN, based on a Toronto departure example, and a Los Angeles destination, including all applicable taxes, but the actual value will depend on actual place of departure and the Destination City. In the event the winner lives within 200km of the Destination City, limousine transportation will be awarded in lieu of airfare. (the "Grand Prize")
The Secondary Prizes will each consist of a $100 CDN electronic gift certificate redeemable on Shop.Canada.NHL.com. (the "Secondary Prize"). Each Secondary Prize must be accepted "as is", is not transferable and has no cash value. The Releasees (defined below) shall not be responsible for any defects in any prize, whether latent or otherwise, or for any damage or injury caused in any manner whatsoever by or as a result of the awarding, acceptance, use and/or misuse of the prize, or winner’s participation in the Contest.
