My youngest son had tried the Omega 3 from
Nordic Naturals he did get the liquid from them which had a nice flavour but he does not like the outer shell which he spits out. It is a soft gel not something he thought was worth chewing, but the flavour inside which is important to get for the Omega 3 he liked.
Also he had tried the Nordic Berries™ multi-vitamin which he really liked the flavour of and wished we had more of those. They were nice and chewy and a very nice flavour.
To me i feel better about giving my son vitamins to get the extras that he might not get from his food.
Also what we have been told about Omega 3 is that it might help with our sons behaviour.
It won't hurt so we feel it is worth trying.
