Eat slowly.
ReplyDeleteburcuacar1624(at)hotmail(dot)com
eat something every few hours, but small portions, healthy snacks in between meals, help to fill your stomach more, so that you don't gorge when eating one of your main three meals.
ReplyDeleteatanouris[at]yahoo[dot]com
eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3

Eating rules are OK,
ReplyDeletebut this time, to succeed, having a firm belief
that I CAN do this myself - at last.
Space your meals no less than 3 hours, and no more than 5 hours apart - your body will never feel like it's "starving" and your metabolism will function how it's meant to - allowing you to burn calories and not feel hungry! (oh...and eat healthy, of course!) eblocksidge@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteDrink all your water and don't skip breakfast!
ReplyDeleteLise@thebabybottomline.com
I try to drink lots of water during the day. Plus do allow yourself a treat once in a while. This will help curb your cravings.
ReplyDeleteAlways eat a high fiber breakfast. Also I bring an apple or piece od fruit with me so if I go somewhere and get hungry I have a healthy snack instead of giving into my crAvings
ReplyDeleteSumbecker@hotmail.com

Cut out or cut down on alcohol consumption, this always works for me!
ReplyDeleteA glass or two of water before a meal helps cut down on how much you eat. Have cut up fruit and veggies in the fridge for quick snacks. Park at the farthest part of the parking lot(if it's safe) so you get more exercise in.
ReplyDeleteceeenndee at gmail dot com
Drink lots of water, eat small portions several times a day instead of 3 squares, and exercise. Remember you didn't gain it in a day so don't expected to loose it in a day.
ReplyDeleteEat a protein at every meal. It will keep you satisfied longer and helps to regulate your blood sugar.
