be a legal resident of Canada;

 be of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at the time
of entry; and
be legally able to travel to the United States of America and have any and all necessary
documentation as may be required for presentation to Canadian and/or American customs
and airport personnel.

Limit of one entry per person per twenty-four (24) hour period during the Contest Period
Ends at Monday, May 23, 2011, 11:59:59 p.m EDT

Grand Prize. There is one (1) grand prize “Grand Prize” available to be won by the
Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) consisting of:
round-trip economy airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (the
“Guest”) leaving together from the same Canadian International airport closest to
Grand Prize Winner’s home to Los Angeles where the 54th Annual Grammy
Award show (the “Show”) in 2012 will be held;
ground transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest between the
airport and hotel and the hotel and Show venue (including gratuities and taxes);
one (1) room to be shared by Grand Prize Winner and Guest for three (3)
nights at a hotel to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion; tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the Show compliments of ET
Canada (seat selection to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion);

and

One thousand dollars ($1,000.00 CDN) spending money for Grand Prize
Winner.
 
Secondary Prize. There are five (5) secondary prizes (each a “Secondary Prize”)
available to be won by the Secondary Prize winners (the “Secondary Prize Winners”),
each of which consists of: one (1) Sharpie Varsity Jacket made by Roots (size to be
selected by Secondary Prize winner) and one (1) Sharpie prize pack consisting of: one (1)
Sharpie Fine 24/card Assorted; one (1) Sharpie Ultra Fine Assorted 12/card; one (1)
Sharpie Pen Grip 2/card Blue; one (1) Sharpie Pen RT 2/card Black; one (1) Sharpie
Premium 1/card Black; one (1) ct Refill; one (1) Sharpie Liquid Pencil 1/card; and three
(3) Erasers. Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is four hundred dollars
(CDN $400.00).

(d) Third Place Prizes. There are twenty (20) Third Place Prizes (each a “Third Place
Prize”) available to be won by the Third Place Prize winners (the “Third Place Prize
Winners”) each consisting of: one (1) Sharpie Fine 24/card Assorted; one (1) Sharpie
Ultra Fine Assorted 12/card; one (1) Sharpie Pen Grip 2/card Blue; one (1) Sharpie Pen
RT 2/card Black; one (1) Sharpie Premium 1/card Black; one (1) ct Refill; one (1)
Sharpie Liquid Pencil 1/card; and three (3) Erasers. Approximate retail value of each
Third Place Prize is seventy-five dollars (CDN $75.00).
