"Like" the fan page and click on the "Shotgun" tab to access the State Farm Shotgun online instant win game. Five (5) times per day (for a total of fifty (50) times throughout the Promotion Period) at randomly selected times throughout each day, consumers will be prompted to call "Shotgun" and "Tag" themselves in the displayed vehicle image. NOTE: Tagging occurs in the State Farm Shotgun application and does not use the standard Facebook tagging tool. The first person (subject to verification) to "Tag" themselves in the vehicle image at or after such time (as determined and verified by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be a potential First Tag Prize winner and in addition will receive one (1) entry in the Grand Prize drawing. All additional participants who attempt to "Tag" themselves after the first person will be provided one (1) Instant Win Game Play ("Game Play") for a chance to win an Instant Win Prize. If an eligible individual is the first to play the Instant Win Game at a randomly selected winning moment, as determined and verified by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or if no one plays the Instant Win Game at such moment and such individual is the first to play immediately after such moment, as determined and verified by Sponsor in its sole discretion, such individual will receive an instant win message indicating that he/she has won an Instant Win Prize, subject to verification of eligibility, Game Play, and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, and must complete the Prize Redemption Form provided. Prize Redemption Form must be completed in its entirety and returned as indicated by the conclusion of the Promotion Period in order to receive prize won. Only First Tag Prize winners will receive an entry into the Grand Prize drawing. BONUS GAME PLAY: Every time a unique vehicle image is displayed, eligible participants will be provided with one (1) bonus Game Play when they share the promotion using the SHARE link provided.

There is no limit to the number of Game Plays you can receive, however, there is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize drawing entry per person per email address per Facebook account throughout the Promotion Period.



Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depends upon the actual number of eligible Game Plays received and the timing of the Game Plays. Participants must follow all prize claim instructions and fully comply with all prize claim deadlines or prize will be forfeited. Allow 8-10 weeks following conclusion of the verification process to receive a prize. Prizes will be fulfilled via mail to address provided on the registration form. If any prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.



4) Grand Prize Winner Selection: The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 11, 2011 from among all eligible First Tag Prize Winners. Drawing will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1:50. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail.



5) Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid and a check in the amount of $9,000. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $38,500 USD). Grand Prize winner must provide proof of a valid U.S. or Canadian driver's license and adequate automobile insurance prior to delivery of the vehicle. Subject to State Farm's business discretion, car will be delivered to the dealership as near and practical to Grand Prize winner's home. Designated dealership subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Vehicle tax, title, registration, license, insurance fees, warrantee's, additional/optional equipment, cost of Grand Prize winner's travel to dealership and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are not included and are solely the Grand Prize winner's responsibility. Vehicle color and specifications are subject to availability. Vehicle pictured in any advertising surrounding this Sweepstakes may not be the actual car awarded. Fifty (50) First Tag Prizes: A $20 USD Gift Card. ARV: $20 USD each. Four hundred forty (440) Instant Win Prizes will be available to be awarded: A $20 USD Gift Card. ARV: $20 USD each. Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by issuer. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and provincial taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and for any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $48,300 USD.



There is a limit one (1) Instant Win Prize and one (1) First Tag Prize per person, per email address, per Facebook account for the duration of the Promotion Period.
