                   Universal Product Code (“UPC”) code from the label/carton of any Snapple
                   beverage (the “Participating Product”). Only online entries will be accepted.
 
 
Entrants wishing to enter for their chance to win a Weekly Prize (see section 4)
may do so by uploading one or more photos featuring a minimum of one (1)
Participating Product. In order to qualify for the Weekly Prize, photos must be
uploaded between Mondays and Sundays (see Rule 5 for more details) during
the Contest Period (each Monday to Sunday, being a “Weekly Period”).

Photos must:
be in electronic format (.jpg or .gif) and at least 72dpi and 5Mbs or smaller;
be taken by the contest entrant. By entering this contest, the entrant
represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted photo does not
infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of
privacy/publicity or intellectual property of any person or entity and that no
other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photo;
not, in the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, contain obscene,
provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable or
inappropriate content; and
not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws
or regulations in any Province or Territory where the photo was
taken/created
