ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States (the sole state excluded being Hawaii) including the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who currently own a dog and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry. Employees, directors and officers of PetSmart, Inc., ("Sponsor"), bottlerocket marketing group, LLC ("Administrator"), Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. ("Prize Provider"), PetSmart Charities, Inc., Banfield, the Pet Hospital, and any of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the "Promotion Entities") and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Quebec and everywhere else outside the U.S. and Canada and where prohibited, or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws. This Promotion and any advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing only within the above referenced 49 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec).

Entrants may submit as many entries as they want, so long as each entry is unique from their previous submissions and/or the submissions of others.


Entries are limited to photos that contain at least one (1) DOG. Therefore, photos that include any other types of animals will not be accepted unless there is a dog in the photo (in these instances, judging will be based on the dog). Further, Sponsor cannot accept photos with identifiable humans posing with their dog (for example, a photo that includes a human body part, such as a hand, is acceptable, but a photo that includes a human body part sufficient to reveal the identity of the person in the photo, such as a face, is not acceptable, as determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion).






Runner-Up Prizes
 - Nine (9) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded, and each Runner-Up Prize winner will receive a "Spring Fling Package" which consists of: a) one (1) two hundred and fifty ($250) USD PetSmart gift card; (b) one (1) surprise piece of pet apparel, as determined by Sponsor, from the Martha Stewart Pets™ Spring Collection; and (c) one (1) PetSmart grooming makeover, with the Top Dog Package. Total ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is three hundred and forty nine ($349) USD.




Grand Prize Grand Prize
 – One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded that consists of prize elements that will deliver Top Dog Treatment for both you and your dog, that will send you and a guest on a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to South Beach in Miami, FL, while your dog enjoys a stay at a PetsHotel with Pawsidential Treatment.


FOR YOUR DOG: a) four (4) days/three (3) nights accommodations at a PetsHotel, while you are on your trip, which will include but may not be limited to three (3) nights in a suite, four (4) days of doggy day camp for the boarded guest, and four (4) treat times or snack KONGs (this portion of the Grand Prize may be substituted for a two hundred and eleven ($211) USD PetSmart gift card, if Sponsor determines winner does not live within twenty (20) miles of a PetsHotel location); (b) The Ultimate Martha Stewart Pets Spring Collection Package, which consists of various pet apparel and pet toys to be determined by Sponsor; (c) your dog will be crowned “Top Dog” and his/her photo will be placed on the PetSmart Grooming website for at least two (2) months; and (d) one (1) year of free PetSmart Grooming, including the Top Dog Package, fulfilled in the form of eight (8) coupons, each valid for one (1) grooming session with the Top Dog Package.


FOR YOU: a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) human guest to fly from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winner's residence, as determined by Sponsor, to the major airport nearest to Miami, FL, as determined by Sponsor; b) four (4) days/three (3) nights luxury hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy, up to seven hundred ($700) USD per night) at a hotel of Sponsor's choice in South Beach; c) roundtrip ground transportation credit of up to three hundred and fifty ($350) USD to/from the Grand Prize winner’s residence to the airport of Sponsor’s choice (Sponsor to determine mode of ground transportation); (d) ground transportation in Florida, in the form of a rental car during the time in Florida; e) one (1) five hundred ($500) USD PetSmart gift card; (f) one (1) two thousand dollar ($2,000) USD check (for the Grand Prize winner only), which can be used as spending money during the trip; and (g) the Grand Prize winner will also receive one (1) two thousand two hundred and fifty ($2,250) USD check to help offset applicable taxes on the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"), but may not cover all taxes owed, which shall be sent to the Grand Prize winner after completion of the trip.
