Ottawa Canada's Capital - our trip

My Husband and I with our youngest son went a way for a few nights to Ottawa, Ontario
which took about 6 hours to get there.

The first thing we did as it was the furthest away from our hotel was go to

There is so much to see and read and learn about our history. You can easily spend many hours there and take your time to go through this museum.

We spent a few hours at the museum and than went to our hotel
377  O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2M2
My Husband knew that once we got to Ottawa we wanted to leave our car at the hotel till the day we left. We walked everywhere. From our hotel it was roughly a 20 minute walk to Parliament Hill. Most of the main attractions if you are staying in the downtown core are within walking distance.

My Husband and I had the bedroom and our son had the living room which the sofa opens up into a bed. The stay was nice. They had a continental breakfast as part of the stay which was okay.
They also have Kitchenettes complete with microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and dinnerware to use.

Next day we went to the
Canadian Museum Of Nature
There is many things to see and read.
A great place to take the kids. They will enjoy themselves.

After the museum we than went over to get on the Lady Dive tour
We took the Amphibus which is a tour on land and in water which is a really informative and fun and  bilingual tour which is about an hour long.
They seat you on the bus and if you don't get a window seat it is hard to take photos but still was very nice to go on and learn and see.
