There is one (1) Grand Prize of $5,000 CAD in Sears
Canada Gift Cards (the "Grand Prize") available to be won.
Instant
Win Prizes
At the outset of the Contest, there are
eight hundred and forty (840) Sears Canada Gift Cards prizes available to be
won (each an "Instant Win Prize"), each worth $10, $20, $50 or $100 CAD. The total value of all the Instant Win
Prizes is twelve thousand and forty ($12,040) CAD. The following table outlines
the description of each Prize and the quantity of each Prize available to be
won at the beginning of the Contest Period:
